Terms of Service / Contract
These Terms
Please read these terms as they explain who we are, what we do and how any contract agreed
with you will be processed and delivered for your enjoyment. Your booking referred to as "the contract"
will be in accordance with our terms laid out below without affecting in any way your rights as a consumer.
Important note:
We run a business which relies on good marketing and a quality product, please consider that to provide the
service we have to charge and we incur costs. These costs are fully met by revenue from sales and as such
booking dates then changing them close to the delivery date not only causes extra work but it also stops other
customers booking to attend and so whilst your right to a refund is important it’s unfair to take a place,
hold on to it for a long time and then decide to cancel near the date as we don’t just lose your booking
but also another booking and so the place is never saleable which would eventually stop us from operating
if measure to avoid such situations were not enforced.
The terms are to protect you firstly and the business too.

The Contract
The agreement to deliver training for customers who confirm their place or number of places
on a set date in the future or a voucher redeemable within 12 months of purchase. The beginning
date of the contract starts when payment is made in full.
Contract Conditions
- Under normal conditions the date booked will be at least 14 days after payment received.
- Exceptions can be made where by the customer booking a course which is less than 14 days from the date of full payment, may still book understanding and agreeing that it’s not reasonable to ask for a refund after the event has already taken place even if that is within the 14 days cooling off period which could in some circumstances happen.
- The venue where the training will be provided has an effect on the price. Customers may change the venue and date of their booking contract to any other venue if there are dates and spaces available following our terms under refunds/changes/cancellations but must pay the difference if there is a higher charge for that venue above what was originally paid.
The provider of the service (i2i Motorcycle Academy) or (i2imca.ltd) will agree a contract
via the following methods:
- Via the booking system on the website and paying in full at point of booking or using a valid voucher.
- Via phoning or emailing the office and providing full payment or using a valid voucher.
- Transferring your booking must first be cleared by informing the provider (i2i Motorcycle Academy) in writing via email or a phone call so that the substitutes level and ability is acceptable (if required) to attend. Subject to confirmation by the provider no charge will be made.
- Venues: Different venues are specifically advertised in advance and come with price changes advertised in advance on the website.
Cancellation / Refund Policy and Conditions
- Request to cancel /change date more than 30 days in advance – full refund or change date or voucher given for future use.
- Request to cancel /change date less than 30 days in advance – 30% charge per place unless waived by provider.*
- Request to cancel / change date less than 14 days in advance – 50% charge per place unless waived by provider.*
- Request to cancel / change date less than 7 days in advance – no refund/change*
- If any individulas booked on our events develop Covid / other medical reasons that prevents their attendance, then we will treat each case individually, but usually we request proof of the positive covid test / medical condition and then change their date / refund accordingly.
(*) Life can often get in the way and as such a reasonable amount of consideration will be
provided if deemed appropriate and the provider reserves the right to waive all fees and
conditions where a customer is under exceptional conditions out of their control.
Importantly bad planning and a disorganised approach to booked dates / forgetfulness / lack
of notice / unreasonable behaviour would not be accepted as exceptional conditions.
Group Bookings / Bike Clubs
Groups / bike clubs have 2 options of how to book events with us:
- Groups are welcome to book onto our normal, live events on our website (www.i2imca.com) at their leisure at the NORMAL price. (No discount applied) Full payment is required at the time of booking. If this option is chosen, then normal terms & conditions apply with regards to individuals cancelling and making changes to their booking. Normally we ask for 'reasonable' notice (more than two weeks) in order to enable someone else to potentially book their place and offer a refund / change of date to the rider wishing to change.
- Alternatively, bike clubs / groups of riders are welcome to request EXCLUSIVE dates (Explained below this bullet point) and receive 10% discount in return for paying either, the minimum hire charge of their chosen venue, or filling the minimum number of riders required (who each receive 10% discount) on the course. This is to be paid at the time of booking & is non-refundable. Minimum hire charges vary at different venues due to the range in hire costs to us. The option of no refund is the cost of the discount and to offset the risk to us with the booking.
Exclusive Dates
Once a date is agreed with us, the cost of the event will either be the standard cost minus 10% per person if
there is more than 12 but max 18 for MC1/MC2 or more than 6 but max 8 for MC3 York. Below the min numbers we
charge a standard hire charge of £1400 for York venue. The min hire charge option has Max 12 for MC1/2 and Max
6 for MC3 at York.
At Bedford Venue MC1/MC2 min number 14 max 18 @ £171 per person or min charge rate of £2430 which has a max number
of 12. Bedford venue MC3 exclusive rate for min 8 max 12 people is £243 per person or the min charge rate of £2430
which has max attendance 8 people.
If Group wish to change the date(s), as a club, that they have booked with us, then this may be possible if we have
dates available to swap the club/ group to later in the season, or next season if riders are happy to wait. These
changes are only possible within the following time frames:
- More than 8 weeks before the booked event date - no charge.
- Between 4-8 weeks before the booked event date - 10% of event price will be charged.
- Between 3-4 weeks before the booked event date - 20% of event price wil be charged.
- Between 2-3 weeks before the booked event date - 40% of event price will be charged.
- 2 weeks or less before the booked event date - No change is possible.
